The Prosecution led by Charles Mwangi proved beyond reasonable doubt that the convict committed the offences contrary to Sec 3 (1) (d) as read with 3 (5) Counter Trafficking in Persons Act and Section 3 (1)(a) Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Control Act respectively.
